Our Vision is to provide an opportunity for anyone to improve their wellbeing, either by getting fitter, gaining muscle or just wanting to feel better about themselves.
We have experienced staff who are well qualified and ready to help make that happen.
Our idea is one that allows anyone to come to us, let us know what they want, we then plan it and guide you through to allow you to deliver the results.
Each and every session will be totally ORIGINAL and tailored specifically and exclusively for you. No two sessions are the same for anybody and we feel this is what makes us different and will deliver great results for you.

PERSONAL TRAINING
We pride ourselves on making all of our content original and with our PERSONAL TRAINING, a truer word could not be said.
Our bespoke personal training sessions are designed to adapt to a customers personal needs.
Whether it be to gain muscle mass, to lose weight or to simply make yourself feel better about yourself and your wellbeing, we will make each and every session about your ability to personally progress.
Our PERSONAL TRAINING sessions include workouts based on Legs, Arms, Chest, Shoulders, Back and Core.
Here is a look at some of our Legs session workouts, on our online portal we run through and break down each and every exercise and will ensure they are beneficial to your exact needs.
You ask us to get involved, we plan your programme and you deliver on your own personal goals.
After you complete a quick & easy set of questions about you and fitness ambitions, we will provide you with a detailed fitness plan, we will support you through the whole way, either by instructing you through each session or answering any questions about your online plan.
Fitness doesn't discriminate against age, gender or physicality and we 100% agree with that. No one person is the same and for that reason none of our fitness sessions should be either.
KIDS FITNESS
We are passionate about improving the next generation’s quality of life. This means establishing healthy patterns and instilling in young people the importance of keeping active throughout life.
NHS guidelines say young people each week should be taking part in both aerobic activity and exercises to strengthen their muscles and bones.
The guidelines also state that young people should take part in at least 60 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per day.
Our KIDS FITNESS programme provides age specific fitness sessions designed just for young people.
Sessions are action packed and full of fun, with music being a main ingredient. All sessions are adaptable to every child of any ability level.
We provide individual 1 to 1 sessions or group sessions, with the emphasis on the fact that kids will be able to track their own progress throughout.
All our sessions are structured to include both moderate and vigorous intensity activity. All the moves are pre-tested to ensure they safely ‘push’ young people to experience the full extent of their ability.
Their confidence grows as they experience the thrill of mastering new skills and as a result they fall in love with regular physical activity.
SPORTS COACHING
Football, Tennis, Basketball, Athletics and Road Running are just a few of the sports that our qualified coaches are ready to provide your sports team with.
The sport that we are most passionate about is football and we have numerous coaching topics that our UEFA qualified coaches are ready to share with your football team.
We can provide sessions to any age group, from Under 6s through to Adult men's teams.
Our sessions vary from 1 hour in duration to all day events, we are able to adapt to your specific team's needs.
From one off sessions to six week block theme sessions, all our sessions come with complete planning, objectives and outcomes and individual development goals.
As well as team objectives to each session, we want each and every player in your team to have a feeling of progression and all players will evaluate that progression in a quick, simple and fun way.
FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT
We have developed a unique player friendly app that allows each footballer to quickly and easily monitor their progression and development, especially at junior grassroots level.
The app creates a player profile, that becomes player personalised throughout, that tracks their own season, from pre-season to post-season.
After each match that the player plays in, they will complete a quick evaluation, looking at their own development areas.
Examples are shown below-
Physical- How well do you compete? How well equipped are you for your position? How well do you last the game?
Technical- How do you cope with the demands of the position? What range of different techniques are used?
Tactical- Your understanding of your role in the team? Your reading of the game? Your decision making?
Mental- How Tough minded are you? How confident? How composed? How focused? How enthusiastic? How much do you take responsibility?
Speed- How quick are you? How quick is your change of pace?
Effectiveness- How well do you effect the game?
The app will ask you to score the questions from 1 to 5, these scores then get recorded and sent back to us, whilst also allowing the team manager to see the data if agreed.
The questions asked will be adapted to make them relevant for their specific age-group.
For example, foundation stage players (7-11 years old) will be asked different questions to those players that are older.
